Fuel Gas Distribution

Gas cooker factories need to produce cookers and water heaters all over the world, but there are different kinds of fuel gas in each place. For this reason, every gas cooker needs ignition test before it leaves the factory, and laboratories also need to test in developing new gas cookers. All kinds of fuel gases are indispensable. Obviously, it is unrealistic to purchase fuel gases from all over the country. Gas distribution equipment is used in gas appliance factories, and the basic principle is to simulate several key indicators of target fuel gas (combustion potential, Wobble number, etc.) by controlling the proportion of several raw gases flow and mixing them.

In the process of gas distribution, the flow control accuracy of each raw gas directly affects the quality of target gas. We have used the mode of APU + FLF to make the degree of similarity between target gas and actual gas reach more than 98%.
